Born in 1964, is a lifetime resident of Charlotte. He graduated from Providence Day School in 1982 and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1986. Andy obtained his JD degree from Campbell University School of Law in 1989 and upon graduation began the practice of law, establishing the Law Offices of Fink & Hayes. He married Amber Fink in 2005.

Born in Winston-Salem, NC in 1965. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1988 and his JD degree from Campbell University School of Law in 1991. Steve authored the chapter on ad valorem taxation in the Minister’s Legal Desk Reference. He began the practice of law in Charlotte in August 1991, with emphasis in personal injury and worker’s compensation litigation.
